I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my choice. Everyone was consistently courteous and superbly friendly. The room was upgraded and spotlessly clean and included central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven. The bathroom was bright, and it was nice to have a tub.

This is surely the best good business hotel, amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff, terrific rooms. It has favourable and perfect location in the outlet behind the chair, in a great area. There's Taco Cabana offering takeout a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. They serve outstanding food, have variety of options to choose from. It offers friendly services. Thank you for a great stay.

The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was a good value and tasty. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. It was easily accessible from the highway and had plenty of parking space.

You have to lay on the floor to open and close the safe deposit box in the room.

Hardest bed I have ever slept on. It was awful! It was also really loud. I don't think the people above us were extra loud you could just hear every time they walked around the room. You could also hear every time the neighbor turned on the water.

The bed was awful. Felt like it was 10 years old and slept on so many times it was flatten and hard. The workout room was very small with poor equipment.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to many activities, attractions, and a shopping outlet nearby.

I liked the location and the price was good.the Keurig coffee makers in the room is a nice touch. And the bed was very comfortable.

housekeeping needs to do a better job of checking the rooms. Upon arrival we found the safe door was locked, a bra was left in one of the drawers, and there were three frozen entrees in the refrigerator. also I have never seen a television set that was so slow to respond to commands on the remote. The hotel knows about this because they even have a little sign on the TV to be patient when changing channels

This place is a great business hotel with incredibly friendly staff, a perfect location close to Gruet Winery, lovely restaurants, and ideal for exploring the area.

It was a real comfortable room and the man who checked me in was charming and did a good job at check-in

Shocked and disappointed that there was NO breakfast included. I know I should have read the fine print more closely because I could have stayed elsewhere and had a good breakfast for the same price, even less!

We enjoy the comfort of this hotel, rooms are good size, staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. Room service meals are very good.

Housekeeping didn't clean our room first day. Hotel staff was quick to correct this.

The property has a nice pool. The location is unbeatable, close to the airport. Just nearby are Old Town, the downtown museum, a restaurant, the Watermelon Mountains, and a casino. The rooms are spacious and upgraded, featuring a king bed in the bedroom and a shower.

Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Room, staff, and room service food were all great!
