I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden in Albuquerque. The room had a very high shower pressure, making for a refreshing experience. The grounds were well kept, giving a lovely atmosphere overall. The grab-and-go breakfast was surprisingly delicious, with options that pleased everyone in the family. I appreciated the spaciousness of my room, especially with the seating area and the large, clean bed. However, I did face a few issues. Parking came with an unexpected $4 fee, which was a bit frustrating since it wasn’t mentioned beforehand. Also, unpacking was tough because the front entrance was under renovation, pushing me to use the side door. While my room was generally clean, I noticed some dust beneath the sink area that could have been addressed. Lastly, the hot tub didn’t stay hot for very long. Still, the staff were pretty accommodating, addressing my concerns promptly. Overall, it was a mostly pleasant stay with a few bumps along the way.

The room was spacious and had a large clean bed. The shower pressure was nice, which was a big plus. It's a shame there was some noise from the plumbing, especially at night. The lighting in the room was a bit dim too, which didn’t help. Overall, pretty decent but not without its quirks.

We enjoyed our family time here, especially being so close to the Balloon Fiesta Park! The hotel allowed our little dog, which made staying with kids much easier. Plus, the large rooms were a big hit with everyone in our group.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were lacking.

Business travelers need to be aware
Had a decent stay mostly clean and well prepared, the staff was super helpful when I needed a quick suggestion for dinner, and they knew the area well, pointed me to a spot just minutes away. I appreciated the outdoor smoking section for my convenience.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but acceptable.

Had a great trip with friends! We loved being just a couple of miles from the Balloon Fiesta Park and enjoyed the close proximity to Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course. The staff was helpful, and the outdoor amenities were perfect for hanging out after our day of exploring.
One downside was that our room wasn't properly cleaned when we checked in. We found some leftover messes which was disappointing.
